Fogo De Chao serves the best Brazilian grilled meat I've ever had!!
有了第一間美好的經驗之後
趁Dine LA結束前幾天 又來試吃第二家
位於Beverly Hills(比佛利山莊) 的Fogo De Chao
這裡有超有名的巴西烤肉!!
After the great dining experience at RH, we tried out the second restaurant few days after.
Located in Beverly Hills, Fogo De Chao, is renowned for its Southern Brazil Grill.
餐廳裡有自助式沙拉吧+無限量的各式燒烤肉類
平常正常時段 午餐:$35.5, 晚餐:$58.5
托Dine LA的福 午餐只要$25
A salad bar and diverse grilled meat are served for both lunch and dinner.
Regular price for lunch is $35.5, dinner: $58.5
During Dine LA, you can eat at $25
餐廳也有代客泊車 一次$5.5
Valet parking provided, $5.5.
餐廳門口 就可以聞到濃濃的烤肉香
一進餐廳 有一整面的儲酒透明牆 喜歡裡面溫暖的木頭色系
You can smell the grilled meat before you step in.
A huge wine storage wall is behind the reception desk. Love the wood tone color here.
好愛坐位區裡的橘色吊燈 整個空間都柔和了
The warm pendant light lend a soft tone.
一坐下來就有熱騰騰的餐前麵包"Pao de queijo" (巴西名)
這個起士麵包超好吃 熱呼呼吃起來很柔軟 像麻糬一樣很Q
The cheese bread, "Pao de queijo", was served when we were seated.
It's hot, soft and tasted like chewy mochi LOL. The best I've ever had.
上完起士麵包 接著還有其他配菜
我覺得焦糖香蕉(芭蕉?)最特別又爽口 可以解吃完肉的油膩
The cheese bread was followed by other side dishes.
Caramelised banana was tasty as well. It helped you get rid of the grease in the mouth after too much meat.

這裡的自助沙拉吧東西都很新鮮
除了生菜種類多 品質好 還有很多其他冷菜供你選擇
The wide variety of salad and cold dishes at the salad bar were high-quality and fresh!!
沙拉的淋醬也有很多可以選擇
Many dressing that you can choose from for your own salad too.
沙拉吧的芝麻葉超新鮮我好愛!
My fav Arragule at the salad bar was soooo fresh! (yum~)
每桌的客人都有一張雙面的紅綠燈卡 (隔壁桌的阿姨形容的好生動)
轉到綠色的這面 服務生就會把各式的烤肉送到你桌邊切給你
紅色就是紅燈 停止送肉的服務
It's fun that every patron got a two-sided colored card.
When you turned to show the green-color side, it means that you r ready for meat.
The waiter will bring grilled meat to your table, and get you a big-portion meat cut.
The red side means "Stop" sending meat to the table.

這裡的肉類真的好多種
熟度剛剛好 多汁又不會柴
牛肉的種類最多 各種部位都有
豬肉也很美味 連平常不太敢吃的羊肉 都不太有羊騷味
There were so many meat that pleases your palate.
Mostly were medium-rare, juicy and tender.
The lamb here was fresh and doesn't have gamey flavor. Good!!
為了配合Dine LA 的菜單
餐廳還有推出特調的水果雞尾酒 一杯美金$7.5
The restaurant also rolled out special cocktail for Dine LA's set menu.
I ordered the Signature Sangria by glass, $7.5/ each.
光是雞尾酒就有四五種可以選
吃烤肉好適合配酒喔~
There were about 5 special cocktails on the menu.
結果超大一杯
紅酒為基底 裡面有滿滿的總合水果
酒味不會太淡 又有水果的清甜 超好喝!!
It's a huge glass.
Red wine-based with mixed chopped fruits.
The sweetness of fruits went perfect with red wine flavor.
Fogo De Chao真的是間值得一試的餐廳
肉類多樣化 品質沒話講
雖然生意好的時候 餐廳呈現熱鬧非凡的景像
但吃烤肉也可以有巴西嘉年華的感覺多好 哈哈哈哈

Fogo De Chao really blew us away.
The diversity of meat selections keeps their patrons coming back.
Though sometimes the restaurant is packed, this is how Brazilian Carnival looks like I guess lol.
