遲來的九月小日誌   把之前來不及介紹的一次分享喔

9月運動實錄

一整個月都有維持  每周至少跑三天跑步機的計畫

我的偶像就是我老媽  天天跑步20幾年不中斷  到現在一樣線條緊實驚人喔!

她總是說跑15分鐘總比沒跑好  就算健走5分鐘也比沒走好

I was so glad to keep up with my plan of at-least-jogging-three-times-a-week throughout the entire Sept.

My mom who's been jogging everyday for over 20 yrs is my idol.

Her perfect body shape motivates me to maintain a work out routine. 

其實有時候不用給自己壓力一定要運動多久    這樣只會讓你光是想到要運動就好懶

心情好有體力就多跑一點  想早點回家就跑少一點   這樣就會讓"運動"這件事變得輕鬆更快樂喔

I don't set a goal to complete everytime. 

Work out more if you can take it, or less when you r in a bad mood or weak physical condition.

Just go with the flow and you will find it more enjoyable to spend time at the gym.

講完運動    來分享一下這個月的保養新歡 (洗髮+護髮+臉部乳液)

My fav hair and facial products this month.

頭髮的部分

洗髮精是在Target無意間發現的Burt's Bees好物  紅石榴香味的豐盈系列

我平常不會特別選用豐盈系列  (因為我頭髮已經多得嚇人)

但是用了以後發現  這款豐盈系列洗完頭髮好輕  好鬆好乾淨的感覺

也不含洗髮精裡常常偷加很多的硫酸鹽等化學成分  香味也是舒服的石橮果香

這款男女皆適用  真心推薦給想換洗髮精的人! 

The "Very Volumnizing Shampoo" in pomegranate scent from Burt's Bees was my new fav.

No sulfate and paraben added, natural and gentle fragrance.

My hair was so clean, so light every time after using it.

Highly recommended to both guys and girls!

護髮的部分  

是我實習公司的客戶Nelson Chan  是好萊塢大明星御用的染髮造型師

十幾年前才19歲小小年紀  就在比佛利山莊這個美髮圈闖蕩  後來他特殊自然不傷頭髮的染藥技術一炮而紅 

最近推出新產品多效能洗護系列  老闆送了其中一瓶護髮膜給我試用(一樣是紅石橮香味)  一用就愛上耶!

滋潤度超夠  沖洗後又不會黏滑    而且一樣也沒有含硫酸鹽等化學成分

再來分享一下臉部乳液

前陣子乳液用完  進入秋冬的過渡期臉好乾

逛逛Sephora  決定試用看看已經紅很久的倩碧三步驟 

我買得這瓶是"第三步驟" 無油配方的"還原潤膚露" 

這瓶台灣要賣1,500 Sephora只要$26 (快可以買兩瓶了)

無香無味  滋潤度超好又不油膩  男生也可以天天用 經過皮膚專家測試  敏感肌像我這種也可以安心使用喔

下次決定把三步驟買齊來用用看  再跟大家分享

My facial skin got too dry in the fall season.

Clinique's Dramatically Different Moiturizing Lotion enhanced my skin hydration without irratating my face. 

No fragrance and not too oily. It left a velvety touch in skin after few mins.

Great deal at Sephora coz this bottle costs $50 in Taiwan. LOL

Next time I will test out the full "three-step" set.

9月初還去了LA County Fair

在裡面的手作區   看到這攤賣可愛手工花飾的攤子

這個女生叫Mari 她的攤子上所有梳子包包髮帶花圈   都是她自己設計手工製作的喔

I came across this cute handmade stand in LA County Fair.

The Japanese-American girl, Mari, designed and made everything you can see here. So talented.

店名叫做"Rebellish"  名片好像cup cake<3

Her online shop and FB is called "Rebellish." The business card is cute!

結果Event當中來這邊光顧跟Mari拍照的客人  都有出現在Mari的相簿裡

Find yourself in Rebellish's FB if you came here during the event. 

話說這種花圈髮飾真的好可愛喔  台灣比較少看到人家戴

但是加州天氣好  常常在演唱會  泳池party都會看到女生穿泳衣配戴這種花環喔

超級熱帶風情!!

The floral crown/ hair band is seldom seen in Taiwan.

But here Cal girls wear this cute accessory to concerts or pool parties. Super adorable to me.

穿婚紗也適合這種花圈耶

It matches wedding dresses, too.

然後

這些花圈都是LA County Fair的戰利品    我真的太愛花了

(覺得自己有點厲害  連逛個county fair園遊會都可以買東西)

兩個有綁帶的是Mari攤子上買的  另一個是別攤

I bought these cuties from LA County Fair.

The two with ribbon were from Mari's, and the pink rose was from another stand. 

雖然是假花  但是配色跟樣式都好美

Love the colors and design though they are fake flowers.

紫的也美   多了後面的髮帶固定性更好

Purple.  The ribbon keeps the crown from fallin.

怎麼有大溪地的感覺  哈哈哈

Feel like in Tahiti. LOL

玫瑰花環小而巧  適合多種場合

The rose crown is smaller and suitable for more occasions.

這些手拿包也是Mari做的喔  很厲害吧!

最後介紹一下之前婚禮穿搭漏掉的真皮男鞋

購自Banana Republic  我覺得很好看  還有深色款

買淺色因為搭配灰西裝   可以正式又可以休閒

男生穿牛津鞋也不錯有型喔

Men in Oxford look good too. 

深色款也不錯  但我還是愛咖啡多一點

I prefer brownish than black.
